We have also been awarded the Football Association Charter Mark.

The school continues to offer a range of lunchtime and after school clubs. These include:

We have also arranged after school football coaching sessions with Hull City F.C. coaching staff, and hockey, Judo and tennis coaches to come into school.

Sporting Achievement

The school take part in a number sports tournaments. A team competing in the Hull F.C. run Airlie Bird Challenge won the competition at Hull Ionians Rugby Club and will represent the school at The KC Stadium.

Two teams were taken to compete in a Rounders tournament at South Hunsley and they did very well, meeting each other in the final.

The school also competes in a number of football tournaments, regularly taking more than one team. These teams can be mixed or single sex and an excellent turn out is always guaranteed.

The school have been invited to partake in a Tennis tournament at Canons and will be taking 2 teams from Years 5/6 and 2 teams from Years 3/4.

Congratulations to all the staff concerned in delivering the after school clubs and arranging for the children to take part in sports competitions.

Sports Day

We offer a combination of a traditional Sports Day with a team based sports event; this ensures that all children take part in lots of sporting skills based events and have the chance to compete in traditional athletics events. Sports Day will take place on July 2008 this year.
